  Garbage. I've had two things break in just 4 months. Update 12/21/2017: The above issues were fixes by Ashely because they were within a year. We did however purchase the 5 year protection plan that can't be used. I have yet to see reviews on Guardsman that has actually approved a claim. The protection plan doesn't cover material defects. The protection plan doesn't cover bent or broken frames. The protection plan literally covers nothing. Screw you Ashley and screw you Guardsman. I hope you both go brankrupt...

  We purchased a couch at Ashley Furniture and had a couple issues with it. I called the store and they were helpful about setting up a repairman to come out to our house. Because the design was faulty, the store manager was very helpful and allowed us to re-select another couch. They were more than willing to accommodate our request! I recommend this Ashley Furniture store!
