  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I made a call to get information on a product I purchased from the store, I was put on hold for over 25 minutes. The woman who answers the phone for the location of Crystal Lake and Lake in the Hills is rude and is not informative. She doesn't seem to know what's going on and has a bad attitude. I then went into the Lake in the Hills location and I was helped by a woman named Ashley, she did do a good job of informing me on what I could do. But my problem is still unresolved and I would not recommend this place of business to anyone looking for an easy shopping experience.
