  Was at the jewelry counter with Patricia tonight but she asked me and my boyfriend to call her Pat. She's very helpful and friendly. She was super attentive to our needs and even helped my boyfriend get a JCP card. The other staff were friendly and always making sure we didn't need any help when we were browsing the rest of the store after we finished with Pat. The store was very clean and well-organized. 5/5 stars for the friendly atmosphere and clean store. Keep up the great work, everyone!

  I love JC Penny's. Their store has quality merchandise at affordable prices. AND their isles are clear to walk through - no clutter or squeezing "stuff" together.
