  Kohl's is great!! BUT they really need to hire more seasonal staff. The whole store is a MESS!!!! I used to work at Kohl's and back in the day before you could leave for the night your entire department needed to be refaced. During the holiday season this should be done multiple times throughout the day. I actually overheard a customer say, "I am leaving here I can't find anything and it's a total mess! I can't find anything!" Additionally, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Keep in mind it is 4 weeks before Christmas! As the holiday gets closer I can only imagine these lines getting longer. ALL registers should be open!!!

  Usually can find most items I'm looking for. Store is usually pretty neat. Don't like how woman's dept is set up. Everyrhing is crammed into a small area. Same thing with shoes, department is too big for alotted area. I usually prefer to go to West Dundee.

  The people I dealt with were great... Kohl's should have regular shopping carts in the store... I wanted to do a lot of shopping but I went elsewhere because I have some difficulty walking and a regular shopping cart helps me get around... I came to Kohl's to pick up an online order... there are no signs showing where to do that... there are also no signs showing where customer service is... I had to walk through most of the store to find customer service... I probably won't order from Kohl's unless there is no other choice...
