  I was very happy to find out i have a store close to home until i went there this saturday. I walked in since i wanted my rings cleaned. A worker told me that they only do cleanings monday~thursday because they get very bussy. I was shocked! I saw 4-5 workers and only 2 cuatomers but she told me that they where very bussy i couldnt believe it. Horrible costumer service in general.

  Brought a charm back thats was bought at a pandora in Chandler AZ , they wouldn’t give me a refund for my charm because they said I’d have to go to Chandler to return it for cash , they wanted to give me a store credit , I didn’t want that I wanted my money back .
