I ordered flooring from Ron and needed to cancel almost immediately. Not only was he unprofessional about it, he stated there would be a $35 measure fee. After several phone calls and over a week's time, I finally got my refund, however he charged me $45 for the measure fee. I've called and emailed Ron several times with no response. I have 4 rental properties plus my primary residence and he will never get a penny of my money for any of them. I cannot work with childish people. Very unprofessional!!!
